We advise clients throughout the country on topics exclusively concerning employment law and closely related legal fields. Our range of consulting services covers all areas of individual and collective labour law. Further details about the scope of our consultation services can be found under legal consulting services.

Based on our extensive experience as lawyers, both in labour law, practice groups at leading international law firms, as well as in renowned labour law firms – both as employees and employers – we are familiar with the needs and practices of both sides.

Glattfeld Groth is happy to give you advice, tailored to your interests and to the highest legal requirements, for a fair price.

Alongside labour law consulting, we also, in our capacity as experienced speakers, run (in- house) training courses on all topics of individual and collective labour law, with a special focus on works council co-determination rights, protection against dismissal, and on current developments in legislation and the highest courts’ jurisdiction on labour law. The conception and implementation of training courses is tailored to your wishes, and is equally suitable for staff, management and works council members. Please feel free to contact us.
